Corl welcomes Lisa Koverko to the advisory board as Corl’s Legal Advisor.

Ms. Koverko is a legal executive with a background in securities and corporate law, having worked at 2 national law firms, and currently practices in the derivatives industry.


“Lisa is a great addition to our advisory board. Her experience with Securities, IPO’s and regulatory compliance is invaluable.” said Sam Kawtharani, CEO of Corl Financial Technologies. “We’re very excited to add her skillset to our already very strong team.”

Ms. Koverko is currently a member of the Derivatives Legal Group at BMO Financial Group. She previously worked at SNR Denton, and Heenan Blaikie where she practiced in the areas of corporate, commercial and securities law, and has represented clients in a variety of transactions, including initial public offerings, corporate governance practices and regulatory compliance matters.

“I am passionate about blockchains’ potential to make the investment business and capital markets more accessible and efficient.” Ms. Koverko  explained, “I am excited how Corl combines the benefits of a revenue-sharing structure, with blockchain technology, to give investors access to interesting and high potential investment opportunities.”
